Any product bought from Ayla atelier can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:
The size/colour/SKU is incorrect
There is a manufacturing defect
Please contact customer care by emailing aylaatelierstore@gmail.com or Whatsapp us with your order number and reason for exchange. Once received at our warehouse, the customer care team will get back to you ASAP upon inspection.
All shipping and handling costs to be paid by the customer.
We offer the best colour match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.
Local Delivery:

● Local orders are dispatched in 7-10 working days.
International Delivery:
● Delivery Partner: A third-party service manages our international deliveries. ● Charges: Depending on your location. ● For international deliveries: Delivery will take up to 2-3 weeks from the date of order.
